Breakfast omelette was good along the hasbrown. I wouldn’t recommend anything else to eat unless cereal. My mattress cover looked like someone wet the bed but they immediately changed my mattress cover to comforter. Room setup was nice. I had to request maintenance to turn on the heat because it was still on AC settings, that took about an hour and half. It took attempts to reach front desk to request maintenance.

the breakfast was good. the evening happy hour excellent. the bar tenders very professional and polite. beds were very comfortable.

I love the breakfast in the morning. I was put close to the elevator which was still pretty quiet. I enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the staff who were servicing us at happy hour and at breakfast. They were all friendly and helpful. I didnt ask for anything but they were moving and bringing for those who did. Great customer service.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM FRONT DESK LOUNGE BAR VALET SERVICES BREAKFAST THE STAY WAS FULLY BOOKED BUT I LOVED THE WAY EACH DEPARTMENT DID THEIR DHARE IN GIVEN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ME AND OTHER CUSTOMERS WITH DELIGHTFUL HOSPITALITY. I WILL VISIT AGAIN AND GIVE REFERRALS MARY KAY CONFERENCE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT .
